1. Accepting these terms
By creating a Seekn account, you confirm you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and that you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use Seekn.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens on your account. Pick a username that does not impersonate another person, brand, or staff member. We may rename or remove accounts that violate these rules.
3. Acceptable content
You may not upload, link, or display content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, harassing, deceptive, malware-bearing, or that infringes someone else's rights. Phishing tools, IP-grabber redirectors (grabify, iplogger, blasze, etc.), and similar services are explicitly forbidden and are blocked at the URL level.
4. User uploads & media
You retain ownership of media you upload (avatars, backgrounds, music, custom cursors, music covers). By uploading, you grant Seekn a non-exclusive license to host and display that media as part of your profile. You confirm you have the right to upload and display it.
5. Discord sync
If you choose to enable Discord sync, your Discord user ID is stored on your profile and is used to display your public Discord profile data (presence, activity, badges, avatar, username) on your seekn profile. You can disable this at any time by clearing your Discord ID in the editor.
6. Email communication
We send transactional email (verification, password resets, security notices) regardless of preference. Optional product update emails are only sent if you opt in at signup or in settings — you can opt out at any time.
7. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time. Deletion removes your profile, username reservation, uploaded media references, and personal data within a reasonable period.
8. Service changes & termination
Seekn may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the safety of other users.
9. Disclaimers & liability
Seekn is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Community Rules
These rules apply to every public profile, every connection, every uploaded file, and every interaction on Seekn. Violations can result in content removal, profile reset, or permanent account termination — at our sole discretion.

No illegal contentAnything illegal in the United States or your country of residence is forbidden. This includes, without exception, sexual content involving minors, threats of violence, doxxing, and stolen credentials.

No harassment or hateProfiles that target individuals or protected groups with slurs, threats, or coordinated harassment will be removed. Treat other users like real people, because they are.

No NSFW or sexual mediaAvatars, backgrounds, music covers, custom cursors and bios must be SFW. Do not upload pornographic, gore, or shock-value imagery. We may block your media uploads without notice.

No phishing or IP grabbersConnection links pointing to grabify, iplogger, blasze, yip, or other tracking/redirector services are blocked at the URL level and will be removed. Don't try to phish, scam, or social-engineer other users.

No impersonationDon't pretend to be Seekn staff, another user, a brand, a celebrity, or a public figure. Parody is fine if it is obviously labelled as such in the bio.

No spam or self-promotion abuseDo not create dozens of accounts, mass-link the same external page, or use Seekn purely as a redirect funnel for unrelated promotion. One profile per person.

No malware or executablesConnection links must point to safe destinations. Don't link to .exe downloads, drive-by-installers, or pages that auto-trigger downloads. Repeat offenders are banned.

One account per personAlt accounts used to evade a ban, harass another user, or inflate stats are not allowed. Saved-account switching for legitimate use is fine.

Respect copyrightOnly upload music, images, and avatars you have the right to use. We respond to valid DMCA / takedown requests sent through discord.gg/seekn (ping @staff).

Don't break the platformNo automated scraping, abusing the API, brute-forcing usernames, or attempting to bypass rate limits / firestore rules. Security research is welcome — please report issues responsibly.

Be honest about Discord syncDiscord sync displays your real Discord presence, badges, and activity. Don't enable it on profiles that aren't yours, and don't try to spoof presence data.

Follow staff instructionsSeekn staff (visible by their Owner / Staff / Support badges) may ask you to remove specific content or stop a specific behavior. Comply, then appeal in our Discord if you disagree.
